Chief Executive Officer, The Protestant Guild for Human Services - Please review the Position Announcement for this unique opportunity.

Residential Manager - Manages staff, students and material needs of a community-based group home with 7-8 students. Managerial and supervisory experience is required. Experience with a similar population is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Professional Development
The Learning Center offers a variety of workshops and training for licensing required by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and regularly scheduled enrichment programs. We also provide required training in CPR, First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and support employee professional development through participation in educational seminars and workshops.

New employees attend orientation and take part in a comprehensive pre-service program, consisting of three days of on-site training with teachers and specialists at The Learning Center.

Through extensive observation and hands-on classroom work with staff and students, new employees become active participants in the program. This welcoming approach fully prepares new employees for their careers at The Learning Center.
